Procedure to Issue Books from the Library

Students must carry their library card while visiting the library.

Books may be issued only during the allotted library period or library working hours.

Students should select books appropriate to their class and reading level.

The selected book must be presented to the librarian for issue entry.

The librarian will record the issue details and mention the due date for return.

A student can issue only the permitted number of books as per library rules.

Reference books, magazines, and newspapers are not issued and must be read in the library only.
